Suncrest court

Suncrest Court integrates an organic master plan into the established neighborhood. The proposed structures meander vertically as-well as horizontally in order to provide interest, sensitivity to scale and consideration to the existing vegetation.

The north block has a higher zoning density and lessened height restrictions. This area serves as a back drop, with taller structures and tighter groupings. As the project moves south, the three story structure starts to deconstruct into a mix of two and three story units until it reaches the Southern block. There the project drops down another level. The two story structures in that area wrap along the Southern and Western boundary. Three small clusters generously spaced serve as threshold between the proposed and existing neighborhood.

 

St. andrew’s towers

St. Andrews Towers is comprised of 360 senior affordable studio and one bedroom units and common area rehabilitation. All units have been fully renovated including bathrooms, kitchens and living areas to meet the needs of the senior residents.

 
 

Lake delray towers

Lake Delray Towers is comprised of (2) 5 story residential towers with 150 units.

Harbor springs

149-unit Affordable Housing Development in Naranja, Florida (South Dade). The building is designed as a “U” shaped 5-story mid-rise structure which wraps around the main parking court. The units are composed of one, two and three bedroom units. The project takes advantage of the density and height bonus increases as well as the parking reductions permitted in the Naranja Community Zoning Charrette Guidelines. The common areas consist of a business development center, a fitness center and administration area. The architectural design of Harbor Springs is a transitional design incorporating decorative railings and cornices, pitched metal roofs and unit balconies. This project is the third phase of a four phase development being constructed by this development team.
