Sentry Self Storage

Sentry Self Storage of Deerfield Beach is an Adaptive re-use project, where Gallo Herbert Architects designed a self storage building within the shell of an existing furniture retailer. An entire second floor was added within the volume of the existing store to create a 58,000 SF of rentable space. Gallo Herbert Architects also assisted in the jurisdictional approvals and conditional uses required for the self storage building.

Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hard rock International Headquarters Memorabilia Storage & Design Center

Gallo Herbert Architects was retained by the Seminole Tribe of Florida to design a new 108,271 SF warehouse that includes the Hard Rock International Headquarters, Seminole gaming offices and warehouse, Seminole slots warehouse and a warehouse and production facility for their Memorabilia division. The project was developed and constructed in 3 separate phases and was completed in the 1st quarter of 2019.

LIGI TOOL

Ligi Tool is a 40,000 SF industrial manufacturing facility in Deerfield Beach, Florida.  The  Owner manufactured high end, cutting edge technologies components for the space and cellular phone industries. Because of the Owner’s status as a high tech provider to the space and technology industries, they wanted a design and façade the reflected their status in the industry. Gallo Herbert Architects designed a tilt-wall structure laced with relief and color to respond to their need.
