Azul is a luxury condo/hotel situated on a cliff overlooking a 180 degree view of the Pacific Ocean and the Manuel Antonio Rainforest Preserve. Azul has been designed by Gallo Herbert Architects for clients looking for a luxury private/ extended stay retreat. All rooms include an incredible view and incorporate the latest luxury technology. Azul utilizes the roof for a private roof top terrace and pool and the lowest level which is set into the natural landscape for Yoga and Meditation.
Gulf reflections
This project was a design/build of a 120 unit condominium with 32 garages and 120 covered carports. The site is composed of 10 acres, four buildings, pool, clubhouse, lakes and beaches, and walking trails. On site, new lakes were excavated and native vegetation planted to stabilize the banks and provide a nature area for local fauna.
Arbor green
This project consisted of 41 two and three bedroom two story town-homes. Included was a 12 court tennis facility and pool. The townhomes take on a modern Mediterranean look keeping with the predominant resident style within the deer creek master community while the tennis facility and clubhouse are rendered in a Florida vernacular as is the other community recreational buildings in Deer Creek. The townhome development and the tennis club share the community clubhouse and pool which becomes the focal point for the community. Extensive landscaping and paver patterns were utilized throughout the development to reinforce the sense of community.
