The 2-story showroom redefines the industry’s in-store shopping experience which will house the KC Café and Wine bar and the City Marketplace that is a Store-within-a-store. The new Showroom employs 150 people and is the 2nd City Furniture showroom in the Orlando area.

The City Furniture showroom was the 1st retail tenant in the mix use building project that includes a 2 story 63,000 S.F. of retail under a 14 story 195 rental apartment tower. The new showroom includes a KC Café bar, mattress gallery and academy of design area for interior designers to collaborate with the store furniture.

The Ashley Homestore Showroom consists of 16 Vinette spaces, a mattress gallery, and a convenient customer pickup/delivery area. The showroom brings fresh styles, exceptional choices and great values, whether they’re creating a home office, more comfortable living room and bedrooms, or new outdoor living spaces.

The Altamonte Springs home furnishings retailer City Furniture's next-generation showroom features over 120,000 square feet of home goods sourced from quality merchants and designers from all over the world, and it’s all designed as an eco-friendly building. The new showroom is environmentally-friendly and includes LED lighting for the interior and exterior, upscale natural and low-VOC finishes, plus energy and water conserving HVAC, irrigation, and plumbing systems. Exterior features include seven electric car charging stations and the new showroom includes a wine and coffee bar to make your shopping experience fun and exciting.
