Daher Aviation

This is a regional sales and service facility for Daher Aircraft located at the Pompano Airpark (KPMP) in Pompano Beach, Florida. Formerly the facility was based at North Perry Airport, in Hollywood, Florida. The complex is composed of a building which houses 32,000 SF and includes 9,000 SF of new aircraft sales , 11,000 SF of service, 4000 SF parts and 8,000 SF of administrative offices.

Davie Nissan Volvo

Davie Weston Nissan Volvo was designed and constructed in 2003 and 2004 and was one of our first multi-story dealership with a split personality. The precast concrete structure allows ample covered inventory and in-service vehicle storage while also capturing all the sales and office functions in a compact and efficient layout. The building allows for the two brands to have separate identity while sharing core building functions. This type building allows for a fully air conditioned service shop in a minimized footprint which provides full use of the small site. The prominent location provides high visibility from I-75 and is accessed from SW 160th Avenue, also known as Weston Road.

AUTONATION CHEVROLET MIAMI

Chevrolet Miami- Autonation located on the 836 expressway is a unique structure. This building was one of the first car dealerships in South Florida to go vertical. Because of the high visibility afforded by the expressway, combined with the small site, the team decided that a multi-level structure would offer the most advantage and efficiency all under one roof. The building is a pre-cast concrete structure with all the functions built within. The visibility of display vehicles on the top level of the structure are an important feature. The use of barrier cable keep the views to the cars undisturbed. Signage is well backed by the tall fascia facing the expressway. The showroom and service all occur on the ground floor and the service drive splits through the center. The speed ramps are to keep the covered display parking floors level which is a better way of showing cars than on a traditional sloped garage type floor. Secure inventory and in service parking with all-weather convenience make this dealership one we are most proud to have designed.
